Hey, everyone! It's been awhile...we've had our noses on the grindstone, creating exciting new content 'round the clock... but we wanted to share our great news with you!
We've been selected as finalists in the MIA Animation Pitch to the Industry event! What this is is a contest for creators - like us - to get to pitch one of our own creative concept projects live to a panel of animation industry pros.
As one of the top finalists, we've been invited to pitch a project of ours, SCREAM'INN, in person in Miami! We'll be there for the entire conference (October 13-14), so let us know if you'll be there- let's say hi! We're very excited for the opportunity; all the gears are in motion, and we're crunching to get everything in tiptop shape! 3 weeks and counting...
More updates on the way soon - thanks for reading! Keep your fingers crossed for us (and for Scream'Inn!)
*Thanks to our awesome fall intern Denise for her help with this post!
We have been so busy that we forgot to update about our Las Vegas Trip!!!! We got the chance to go on May 23-24 2017 to go to Las Vegas Licensing Expo! Was a wonderful opportunity for us to see the potential of licenses, meet with awesome production studios from around the world and to learn about this great industry that is behind the curtains of Entertainment. We also got to assist to the Nickelodeon Girls Lounge where we meet and learn from awesome women in the Licensing industry, super inspiring! We are so excited to see where all of this go, and for sure it was definitely a great experience that we will repeat next year!
Finally the time has come!
After a hard work making a unique piece for an awesome exhibit we can reveal the mystery behind "Project Neverland".
We want to take the chance to invite you and whoever you may like to invite if you want, to an opening gallery show I will be part of happening this Friday and running till June. The show is called "Project Neverland" and shares the new creative vision of many relevant artists in the Entertainment field inspired by the J.M. Barrie classic "Peter Pan". It's gonna be hosted in a very well renown gallery for the Entertainment Industry in Burbank called CSG.
If you want to learn more about the process behind our piece on the show, follow Katia's Instagram to the Journey of Neverland.
